We represent you before the state and national legislatures and before governmental agencies, commissions, and regulatory bodies in promoting legislation and regulations that benefit the service station dealer and repair shop business. Similarly, since it is equally important to defeat measures that threaten harm to our members, this Association works diligently to prevent their enactment. Our lobbying efforts in Albany are coordinated through the office of our experienced lobbyist, Robert A. Ungar who monitors legislation on our behalf. Nationally, we are affiliated with SSDA/NCPR-AT (Service Station Dealers of America and National Coalition of Petroleum Retailers and Allied Trades)
