NY State Issues

SSDGNY Members are represented before the state and national legislatures and before governmental agencies, commissions, and regulatory bodies in promoting legislation and regulations that benefit the service station dealer and repair shop business. Our lobbying efforts in Albany are coordinated through the office of our experienced lobbyist, Robert A. Ungar who monitors legislation on our behalf.

Service Station Dealers of Greater New York strives to be the foremost resource for association members with respect to new legislative and regulatory proposals. New legislative and regulatory proposals are introduced regularly that could affect the way the Service Station Industry operates within New york State.
